Having been part of athletics for over 50 years from competing to coaching at an international level I have gained a wealth of knowledge. Which included 6 years in the RAAF and overseas coaching in PNG plus China.

I currently doing contract coaching for Athletics Australia for the Sporting Schools program. My main focus over the last couple of years as been Para Athletics and as one of few senior IAAF Frame Running coaches in Australia I could also help you with that Para Athletics discipline. Also as a former Masters athlete I can also help Masters Athletes if needed.
